Dedicated to Securing Nigeria’s Mining Sector
The Nigeria Mines Rangers Service is an offshoot of the National Unity and Peace Corps, established on August 3rd, 1992. As a Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, we have operated in a paramilitary capacity over the years. Currently, we are actively advocating for the legislation and legalization of the Nigeria Mines Rangers Service through a Private Member Sponsored Bill at the Nigerian National Assembly.
Our mission is to combat illegal mining, protect resources, and enforce mining regulations to ensure the sustainable use of Nigeria’s natural wealth.
